Build a federal MVP in 90 days.

You have a product design and you need two things at once: the best available evidence that real buyers will commit before it exists, and a working MVP you can demo and deliver. This is a 90-day engagement with a defined end, not a standing arrangement.

What you get.

A working MVP, a product requirements document you own, a founding-member offer you can use to close the first paying customers, and outreach support toward three signed letters of intent by day 90. The three letters are the target the engagement is aimed at, not a guarantee.

  • A founding-member offer design and a letter-of-intent template
  • An outreach script for your warmest existing customers
  • Letter-of-intent review and a risk read on what comes back
  • A full product requirements document, written to be buildable
  • A working MVP built on a stack matched to the product type
  • A day-90 checkpoint that reports the letters of intent signed to date

Scope and boundary.

Fixed scope. 90 days.

What it does not include.

  • Cold pre-selling: the engagement assumes you have warm relationships to start from
  • Software development beyond a no-code or low-code build
  • Post-launch operations and scale, which is Operate plus Replicate

Who it fits.

  • Firms with a product design ready to build, ideally from an Architect Workshop
  • Teams with warm existing customer relationships to approach for pre-selling
  • Founders who want validation and a buildable MVP to run in parallel, not in sequence

An example.

A firm has a finished product spec and wants to avoid the gap where a spec exists but no product and no customers do. The Pilot designs a founding-member offer, supports the firm's outreach to five warm accounts, and builds a working MVP in parallel. At the day-90 checkpoint the firm has the MVP, a PRD it owns outright, and the letters of intent its outreach produced, with the target set at three.

A composite example, not a client.

Operate + Replicate

An operating playbook with scope-creep controls, standardized delivery, and a replication model for taking the offering into additional markets. Where the Build Pilot is a 90-day engagement that ends at its day-90 checkpoint, this is a recurring phase: the work is measured in milestones, and it continues for as long as the offering keeps running and keeps expanding.
