The company behind Helm.
HARBOR builds Helm, the governed AI platform for work that can't leave. It also runs the productization practice that helps federal contractors turn delivery work into a product they can sell more than once.

What HARBOR builds.
The product
Helm
The governed AI platform for work that can't leave. One instance per firm, on the models the firm names, with every action on a record it can check. HARBOR hosts it today, and installs it in the client's network for pilots that need it.

HARBOR Port, Helm's federal data layer
18 public federal data sources and 147 tools that Helm uses when the work needs public federal data. HARBOR Port is also sold on its own.

Amyn Porbanderwala.
A former Marine Corps cyber operator with a decade inside federal contractors. He was a CDAO SBIR Phase I principal investigator. He has nearly two decades of professional experience, about ten of them in federal technology.
Before HARBOR, he built a product company. At 22, he co-founded Securranty, a mobile hardware management platform, and served as CTO, learning what it takes to turn a service concept into a repeatable product. That experience followed him through eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and into federal technology leadership, where he watched the same opportunity and the same hesitation play out across the GovCon industry.
He founded HARBOR Initiative LLC to answer a question he kept hearing from contractors: the same work is delivered well over and over, so why does growth still depend on headcount? Shrink-Wrap It: The GovCon Productization Playbook is his answer in book form. He is based in the Washington, D.C. area.
Amyn holds a BBA in Finance & Economics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He holds Shipley Business Winning certification, the methodology behind HARBOR's capture framework.
